I have been in my new property two weeks, Virgin still have my services at the previous address. Is there a number for help available. The phone keeps cutting out when put on hold and advisors never ring back.
Did you contact VM Home Moves and ask them to transfer your service to the new property?
Whether you did or not, you should be able to use chat with them by using the online chat messenger contactus/moving-home (click on the red message us icon) It's not manned 24/7 and voice calls tend to take priority.
Otherwise you would need to contact VM by either calling in or texting.
You can call 150 from a Virgin landline, or freephone number 0800 052 0422, or 0345 454 1111, option 4 (Moving Home) butbest to call at 8am to avoid call queues
To use the text messaging service. Just send a text with a description of regrade to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
