Before my contract is renewed I wish to discuss my current bill.
There isn't a contact address for billing or renegotiating a new contract, however you can contact them using the following methods.
You could try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of Billing to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 1 (Billing) but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

From a Virgin landline you dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and the options are:-
Welcome message. Option 1 for TV, Broadband and Phone - Option 2 for mobile
Select 1 or 2 dependent on your account type - The options below are for TV, Broadband and Phone
Check are you calling from the phone on your account, 1 yes 2 no
Selecting Option 1 - Billing , Pay now
Selecting Option 2 - Faults
Selecting Option 3 - New accounts and set up
Selecting Option 4 - Changes to your package or moving home
