I currently have Virgin broadband but my tv is with Sky.  I was due to have virgin tv engineer installed on 18th February but this has been cancelled by virgin.  I’ve tried on numerous occasions tried to contact virgin to see if as I already have an active virgin cable into the property if I can install tv myself.  I keep getting transferred from pillar to post within virgin and nobody can answer my query.  Installations team in virgin are only dealing with new customers.  Anybody here help?

Virgin are prioritising new broadband installs & repair jobs above additional service requests at the moment.

TV services require an additional coax access point at the property, plus a signal level adjustment that will be needed to compensate for the alterations.
