Installation

I have been waiting since tuesday for an engineer to **bleep** install my virgin. Cant ring up cuz everytime i do they cant get into my account cuz forgot my password.  Wat am i supposed to do?

Regarding your password - You can contact the customer care team on 150 or 03454541111 and they will be able to reset this for you, by you providing a few extra security questions.
