Impossible to get phone support from Virgin Media

I've been trying to talk to virginmedia for over a month now....I never get through to a person. I need an engineer. How do I do this please?

You either keep trying the phone, try online chat or post full details of your problem on this forum and the forum staff will get to it in about 5 to 10 days. If the forum staff think that what you have described warrants an engineer visit they can arrange it but they may ask you for more info first.

I strongly recommend calling to report TV service faults, posting on here isn't a substitute.

Call queues can be lengthy at times in the current climate, but (as with many things) a healthy dose of patience - and perhaps calling earlier in the day - are the best way to go.
