Hello Folks,

Any ideas on a fix for the above screen, says its updating "stage 1 of 3" but been like that for AGES

What box is it. All V / V+ HD and V HD boxes stopped working this week and need to be replaced

Thanks for the reply.

Not sure which it is but know it's been there +9 years or so (it's at my ex's so now getting mither)

What's the least painful way of getting a new box?

It's going to have to be call in really.

Should be a pretty straightforward call though as it's literally the only thing that can be done with those boxes now.
