I want to downgrade TV. Can’t do it online and calling takes hours. Any ideas

I just want Broadband and Phone. I haven’t watched Via my TV box for months. I use the apps/Netflix instead. I can’t downgrade online for some reason and I’ve spent hours on hold ringing the 0345 number. Please tell me how I can get rid of this service I don’t want. At the end of my tether with this shower

Hi Gus9,

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of regrade  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

If you do decide to call again it's a free call from your VM landline (150) options 1,1 and 4 (Changes to your package) but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
