I need an engineer

My TV keeps cutting out and coming back I need an engineer to attend as this is a brand new TV

Can you elaborate what you mean by "TV keeps cutting out"?

Is this on live channels or OnDemand?

Or do you mean the signal from your TiVo/V6 to your TV?

Are you getting any on-screen error messages?

TV picture keeps cutting out on new JVC TV

Help had an engineer out as picture was distorted on my TV he said it was the HDMI Sockets. So I have replaced my TV but the picture now cuts out an I can find no way to stop it

This affects everything coming through the virgin box. If I use WiFi for Netflix it's fine but live TV or Netflix through the virgin box it just cuts out and comes back a couple of seconds later

What's the model of your JVC TV?

Are you watching in 4K UHD?

And have you tried swapping HDMI cables/ports?
