Fill in your details and they will credit your account each month with the cost of Sky Sports until the sport resumes. This stops you getting charged until hopefully things improve and you will have more chance of getting through on the phone to cancel.
You can also get a credit for BT sport, even if it is included in your TV package rather than an added extra.
However if you really must cancel right now and you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response, but it may take a day or two at present. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.
