I can't login to my Virgin media online account. We've tried to change the password to see if that is the problem, but when we do this it then takes to a security questions section. When we answer these questions correctly it tells us that we have done so incorrectly and then asks again if we want to change our password. And so it goes on, round and round. We obviously cant get through to anyone on the phone and the chatbot took 3 hours to direct me to a FAQ page for technical faults!! Don't understand what we are doing wrong. Any ideas?
