Hub 3.0 stuck on starting up screen

Hi,

Starting up screen displaying. Tried restarting and pin reset. 

box is flashing white/pink. Wi-fi is on but Netflix on tv closest to the box is unwatchable. However virgin app on iPad working fine. 

Tried calling but waited 35 mins and then the line dropped.

Thanks for the post Hanncam and welcome to our community.

 

When you say the start up screen is this the Tivo box? 

 

Can you please try turn the Tivo box off and check all the cables are secure and showing no signs of damage? It may also help to use an ethernet connection between the Hub and the Tivo box in question rather than WiFi.
