Received letter to upgrade my second TV box. Gave a number to call and "we'll sort it out".
Four times now the text message that is supposed to be quicker and easier simply hasn't come through. And alternately I find myself hanging on the phone with no answer for long periods.
Is there another way to order this upgraded box?
