If virgin media won’t answer their phones over a period of several days how can you get them to fix your tv channels which are missing?
Sorry to see you are having problems with missing channels.
Have you tried to force the set top box to search for the missing channels?
Using your remote control press HOME > Help & Settings > Help > Virgin TV > go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK > Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
If you do need to contact VM by phone then it's best first thing on a morning at 8am when lines open or late afternoon around tea time
