We're having work done on the garden at the front of the house. We've had out Virgin Media services installed since ntl times and it looks like when the initial install was completed it looks as though they layed the cable in a crack in the concrete path at the front of the house. This is going to be repaved with block paving but I don't think the cable will be long enough to be buried below the new paving. Does anyone know how to get this work arranged?
I've tried calling the contact centre to ask the question, however with the current situation I appreicate that it can take a very long time to get through to speak to someone.
