How are you supposed to contact Virgin Media to book an engineer? Phoned 150 then on hold for over an hour then they hung up without answering. Happened 3 times. Can't get through. Useless customer service if you can't contact anyone.

TV signal dropping out. Pixelated. Freezes. Plus wifi drops out often. I think it's the cable and connection box where the cable comes into the house. It's very old.
