So I took VM TV [Maxit] last August, on a 1 year discount.
Since that's now due to expire, I want to reduce it to the lowest TV package.
I cant do this online, since it only allows upgrades, not downgrades, so I'm forced to ring up.
It took 56 minutes (!!!) for someone to answer.
Having waited all that time, they tell me they cant make the change while I still have the discount, and they need to transfer me to some other dept/queue. I waited 40 minutes in this second queue before I simply had to give up (I don't have hours to spare on phone calls).
This is utterly ridiculous, and unacceptable.
How do I speak to someone who can perform a simple downgrade operation ?
