Hi,
I recently received one of the package upgrade emails and decide that I'd make the upgrade this time. I went through the upgrade process via the email link and shortly after received an email on 26 June @ 15.11 telling me my upgrade to the bigger bundle was being processed.
I haven't heard any further and when I sign in to my virgin media account it doesn't show any pending orders. My tv channels and my broadband speed haven't changed.
Just wondering how long this normally takes or is it all delayed due to the covid situation?
