How do I request a replacement box for an old Tivo unit?

Spent an hour waiting to speak to someone to request a replacement box for an old TiVo unit. Was told by another department that it should be replaced due to how slow it’s working, but can now find no way to get in touch with anyone.

Calling in at 08.00 (weekdays) gets you the best chance of getting through quickly. A VM person should respond on here but it can take a few days.

You can also text them on 07533 051809 include account name/number and what the issue is – replies may take a bit longer though.
