How can i speak to someone about faulty tivo box

Is your live TV ok? How about when you pause/rewind live channels?

Could be a hard drive problem if so. 150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"

Live Tv is fine and i can pause and rewind no problem. It's purely a lot of recordings and now and then the box will reboot without warning. My  first way of contacting Virgin was by phone but i couldn't navigate the menu system to speak to anyone. Constant loop and misdirection
