Hayu app on virgin isn't working at all just the buffering logo when I try to get on it

Sorry to see you've been having issues with the HayU application
Have you been having any issues with any other applications on the set top box? Does the Hayu application advise you of any error codes at all?

Do please let us know if you need further assistance with the connection of the broadband to the set top box.
It may be beneficial to connect the set top box to the hub via an Ethernet cable for a more secure conection, if you aren't currently running this set up currently
