Help

Our virgin TV box has not been working now for 3 days. It comes on does the welcome page and then reboots itself and is making an awful racket. We have done all the tests and turned it off and on etc but no luck. We cannot get hold of virgin at all which is fair enough under the circumstances but they say you can book an engineer online - can't find that anywhere and can't speak to anyone. There must be a way of getting through to them?? We need someone to come out and probably a new box.

Good Afternoon,

Is it a V6 box? And is there a pink light which occasionally flicks on the box? By the sounds of this it sounds like a faulty Hard drive which will require a box swap. Please can you provide me your account number and area reference on a private message and i'll look into this for you!
