Help !!! - I find it impossible to get through to Virgin media
I am trying to amend my package but no links can be found to do this on My Virgin Media pages - phone calls just lead up a blind alley - On the PC its the same although i am following Virgin's link to do this. How do I amend my package???

Unfortunately you need to contact VM directly to enable them to change your package if the links in My Virgin Media don't work.
You could try the text messaging service. Just send a text with a description of regrade to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also calling again, 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 4 (Changes to your package) butbest to call at 8am to avoid call queues
