I eventually get through to someone by phone after 10 attempts... to end my contract... they then put me on hold for 50 minutes waiting for someone to officially disconnect!!!!!

Haven’t received any confirmation of disconnection or end of agreement by email or message
so has it ended?
If you can still use the services then it hasn't ended.
When you call to cancel you have to give 30 days notice so everything will continue as normal until the notice period has ended.
