Had Enough

Finally I lost with virgin Media, after 6 months of suffering pixelated TV and Virgin unable to rectify. Hours of waiting on the phone, constant repeating of what was wrong as notes never kept. multiple engineer visits. All which had to be done to suit Virgin Time Scale.  They booked a re-cable. Sent Text and confirmed for AM call. I made arrangements. Moved my work to suite and guess what no one showed up AM. so I called at 17.00 again going through that dreadful automated system to be assured they were still coming. I called back at 19.00 to be told the call had been cancelled by virgin and there was no slot available until next month. 

So after 20 years of Virgin being my TV provider and having the full package its now oblivious that Virgin don't actually care. I have cancelled all my TV services and will be looking for another provider, and guess what it has nothing to do with cost I don't care if I end up paying slightly more I want TV I can watch.
