The picture quality on my Tivo box's E4 and other HD channels is grainy and unclear. Has anyone had any similar problems, and if so, how do I cure it please?

Could we please confirm if you're still experiencing some issues with your picture quality?
If so, could you please check the cables going into the TV and Tivo box are all secure?
You can also check the picture quality settings in the settings area of your Hub.
