Green screen

I have had no end of problems with my Virgin Tivo digital box for the last 2 months and yet have been going round and round in circles dialling 150 or trying to resolve it on the website. i have now had a green screen for 3 days and can still get hold of no one. Yet they can still send out my bill for all my usage I'm not getting! Any suggestions how to get hold of an engineer appointment or a new box please?
