Hi, my TV box has a green screen saying it has an error and will take 3 hours to restart. It’s now been like that for 12 hours and still not working. Checked wires don restarted, still nothing. Customer services closed. Please help?!

If you have green screen then I'm afraid you will need a new box sending out
I hope you managed to get in touch with someone by now if not you will need to contact our faults team
150 from a virgin landline or mobile or 03454541111 and select the option for faults
