Unfortunately i am suffering the standard green screen of death issues that many others appear to have suffered and it is next to impossible to get through to anyone to speak to. Can a new box be arranged to be sent out please?
You probably won't want to hear this, but this is primarily a user-community forum.
Everyone who's calling VM at the moment is having the same issues, you really are best off persisting with calling.
Some people report shorter queues earlier in the day.
