Green screen dvr problem

Twice in the last week my virgin box has switched off and has a message saying the DVR has a serious problem with a green background.It may take up to 3 hours to resolve the issue.

Hi
Have you tried replacing the HDMI cable and connect it to a different HDMI port?

This means the hard drive has died, you'll need a new STB. If you send a text message to this number 07533051809 with all your details inc acc number address problem and someone will get back to you
