Green screen DVR

Hello, 

I currently have a green screen DVR serious problem. Been like it for 3 days, have called and followed instructions over automated phonecall, no change, tried again still not working, and can’t get through to anyone on phone, how do I resolve this please?

If this is the "DVR has encountered a serious problem" error then it means your hard drive has failed and your box will need replacing.

Calling VM Faults is the best way of doing this.
