Green DVR screen

I've been having problems with my Tivo Box for over two weeks now. It's freezing, breaking up and often restarting by itself. Today I got a Green screen reporting a DVR problem. Every time i call and they run the test they tell me that there is no problem with my service, but there certainly is!

Unable to reach anyone at Virgin support.

A green screen means that your hard drive has failed, you will need to call up for a replacement box
