Green DVR screen on TV

Dear Virgin Team, we have been having problems with our Virgin TV and box the last 3 days. With it losing channels and not connecting. Today it has got stuck on its starting up screen, and now we have green screen stating that the DVR has detected a serious problem. Would someone be able to get in contact with us to fix this issue? Thanks

Your TV box has failed and will need replacing.

The best way to do this is to call TV Faults - either 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and report this.

Thanks Japitts. Very helpful. I thought that may be the case. I’ve tried to call the Virgin Team on those numbers already. Unfortunately without success yet. Will keep trying. Thanks again!
