I opened up an account with Virgin Media in June with the special offer for the free LG TV but I still have not received it.
I have been lied to numerous times by customer service staff via phone about when it's being delivered and with what courier. I have been waiting 3 months and it's ridiculous.
It's a breech of contract and I'm considering taking legal action unless I am contacted or informed of where it is and reasons for the miscommunication.
Can someone advise me on what I should do or what should be done?
