Since joining Virgin just short of a year ago we have a constant connection issue when watching films we’ve bought on the store. After a few minutes the screen will begin to flicker and make ‘robot’ kind of sounds until it completely goes off. This happens every time we buy a film without fail, we can watch them upstairs no problem but are unable to watch downstairs.
We’ve already had someone come out to change our box!
