Last night, for example, I had the following error messages whilst watching one programme which had been downloaded.
no DHCP server, N02 or NO2 ( no sure which but neither visible on the list of error codes on the website) and C133. We are getting error messages virtually every time we want to watch something.
Yes, I can reboot the server - but I don't want to be doing this several times a night - and luckily I can reach down behind the TV to do it - I wouldn't expect my 89 year old mother to do it on a regular basis - so why should I?
Can anyone help identify the problem and work out why the service is so poor?
