First I'd just like to confirm whether this is happening on the Virgin TV app?

If so is this happening when you try to view a recording?

I’ve had the same issue today mate with my TV package. All I wanted to add was check out the sports channels and upgrade my package. Typical Virgin

Im having the same issue but on my TV

Sorry to hear that you're having problems BenLeftSpace.

 

Please could you try to clear the cache of the box? This can often fix this issue as I have used that in the past when having a similar issue. You can do this by following the steps below

 

Home>Thumbs down>Thumbs up>Play>Play>Play 

 

Please give this a try and let me know if it works.
