Over the past couple of weeks have had problems with on demand service.
Will be watching a film or anything for that matter, about 15 mins in it freezes have the spinning circle thing on screen then followed by 'sorry this is unavailable please check your network'
I cannot explain how annoyed by this I am as I pay so much for virgin media.
I have no problem with my other box in bedroom v6. Just this 1 is slow and gives me problems (TiVo).
Bored of paying so much and getting no help in return other than the basic rubbish I get told everytime I phone up.
Will they just send me a new box!!!!!!
Hi Unfortunately with the older TiVo this will never be able to cope, as you have found out it's perfect on a V6 so you can ether get a other V6 or source it only your existing one. Regards Micky
