Error message 7400

Hello, I set up my new TV box a couple of hours ago, it said I had to wait 30 mins for set up to be completed but it’s been longer and is just showing code 7400 and I only have about 5 channels. I’ve followed steps but can’t get onto my Virgin account to see any service status ETC. Could you advise. Thanks

Which box is this? Check here if you're not sure. And not that it matters massively, but is this a new install or fault replacement?

If the online steps at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 aren't helping, then you'll need to call activations on 0800 9539500
