Error code

Cannot watch Netflix for longer than 10 mins, keep getting error code nw -3-16.

Cannot watch full programme on catch up error codes 603, 602, 130.

Tv pixelating. Re-booting does not fix, neither does unplugging cables. This has been going on for months. Someone please help me!!!!

TV pixellation despite reboots is suggestive of signal issues which is a fault. Call VM and report it, you're likely to need an engineer visit or replacement box.

You've not said whether you've got a TiVo or a V6, which makes a material difference to the advice on your other issues. If you're not sure, check here

Hi, it is a TiVo box, phoned VM, they’re sending out a new box. Thank you.
