Error code

Hi can anyone help me...

I puchased a film on the virgin media store and i think we have seen the film once. It now freezes early in and gives me an error code Es071. 

What does it mean and how can it be fixed?

you could try rebooting the v6 and then reconnect it up to the internet by going into the settings -> network -> connect to virgin media

I have turned everything off but not rebooting it ill have alook at that in a minute. Thank you

Hi,

As long as your internet is working fine you shouldn't have any issue, streaming the movie. 

If this is just the Virgin Media Store issue then you can contact their team on 0800 027 0801.

Yeh having no joy so will have to ring them. Internet and everything seems to be working fine, ran the online tests (no issuses) Only seems to be the film i brought on virgin media store that it happens too. Fozen 2 too so you can imagein the eyes burning my head 😉
