Error code s104 NO Channels

Just had second 1 hour long call ended after waiting on the phone, total 3 Hours trying to sort no channels? No assistance? Can’t get through on the phone, no help online?
we have a fault code that doesn’t even list on the webpage and still no channels?? 
heeeeeeeelp, is anyone out there?????

Have you rebooted your box once?

Check for area faults on 0800 5610061

Rebooted 3 times, all plugs out, left for 10 minutes each time etc. Nothing??

There's a workaround for this. Switch your box off, unplug the white cable from the back, then switch back on again. Wait for it to get stuck on 16%, then reconnect the cable.
