Error code m63

I am getting the error code m63 on my second box. I have called three times and they keep doing the same thing turn it off connect to network it will work in three hours and then call back next day if it doesn't work. Nearly a week later and its still not working. Please help.

Sorry to hear this has been happening 

When do you get the error message?

I have just ran a quick check on both boxes and they are showing online
