Error code 7500

Hi. I installed my new virgin tv and broadband yesterday. However the tv channel is showing and error code 7400. When checking the code online it suggested I call the tech team. The automated service when I called, took me back to the link. I am not sure how to get help. Any ideas?

Hi Ramdev,

Try rebooting the V6 please. If the channels are still greyed out then you need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.
