Error code 7400

Hi.

A few weeks back I had a new TiVo box installed which is working fine. However, the other TiVo box is now showing error code 7400.

 

any ideas?

It means it’s dis activated basically looks like they’ve removed it and replaced with the new one that was sent out. Would need a tech visit to sort if you should have 2 active

I'm unsure if you're still having problems with the other TiVo box and if you are, please let us know so we can see if we can check the active equipment on your account without a tech visit.
