A few weeks back I had a new TiVo box installed which is working fine. However, the other TiVo box is now showing error code 7400.
It means it’s dis activated basically looks like they’ve removed it and replaced with the new one that was sent out. Would need a tech visit to sort if you should have 2 active
Another tech visit?! That would be the 4th visit in a matter of weeks
