Error code 7400

Hi, I received a new box last week and its been successfully set up and working etc. However, we have 2 boxes and the other one is now showing Error code 7400. We can't get a human to speak to us at Virgin, any suggestions gratefully received. Many thanks

hi Helen,

It looks like they've made an error and the other box needs reactivating, you need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500. I realise it's a nuisance as the lines will be busy now, the best time to call is 8am.

You will need to have the serial number of the other box handy.

It's possible that the Forum team can pick this up and do it for you, however you might be waiting a couple of days for that.
