Error code 7400

Hi all 

I’ve had an error code 7400 on my screen now for over 24hrs called customer services and they said leave it 24hrs and it’ll disappear but it’s still there can anyone help please 🙏🏼

When you get that error message usually means the box needs to be replaced.
Get in touch via the chat and request a box swap which can be sent by post

Hi that code means the box needs to be activated, is it a new box, if so there should be a phone number with the packaging.Regards Micky

As Little Mick says the Box needs activating so you will have to phone in to get this done.
