Hi I have had a new second box which I self installed this now has a TVR serious issue screen, we have left the unit on and the Channels came back for one day the same thing happened again.
The other box also has an error code 7400 and we Cannock connect to the new box??

Your 2 boxes have separate issues here.
The green screen "your DVR has detected a serious issue" is TiVo code for "my hard drive has failed and I need replacing" - call VM Faults to report this and arrange a replacement box.
Error 7400 means the box has an activation issue - you need to call the activation line on 0800 9539500 to resolve that one. Best have your box serial number & account details to hand in-case.
