Error Code V53

I can't access any channels! I've tried switching off and on the Virgin Media box, the WiFi...nothing is working and the Virgin website says error code V53 doesn't exist. What can I do?! Can anyone on this forum help or give me any tips or guidance please?

It looks like it may be either an area issue or a problem with your internal connections according the VM v53 error page   LINK virgin-tv-error-codes/v53

I read this but the other TV in the house is working without any issues. I can access My Shows but nothing else.

Hi again KristianZ,

Have you tried checking all cables and coaxials, making sure they are snug and tight and have no kinks in them?

If so try rebooting the VM router and the box with the V53 error.

You should also try swapping the boxes around if the above doesn't work to see if the fault follows the box
