Error Code 7400

I've recently removed my TV package but kept broadband. Since removal, I'm getting an error code (7400) on my TV when trying to watch free view.

You are getting what you requested - no cable TV.

If you want TV, you will need to connect your TV to a terrestrial aerial to receive Freeview.

It's not the paid for channels I'm trying to view. Are you saying that Virgin won't allow you to view any freeview channel once you cancel you TV subscription?

Virgin Media is not a Freeview service. It is a paid TV platform. No subscription, no service.

Additionally all kit is rented. If you don't subscribe to a service, you will be asked to send the kit back (any Covid current changes excepted)

'Freeview' is a specific TV service delivered by a terrestrial aerial. It is not requirement of other delivery platforms.
