The Tivo has been stuck on a restart loop most of the afternoon, and has only just recovered its faculties enough to turn on, and actually show anything.
There is now error message 7402 bouncing around the screen.
We've been on hold waiting for customer support for the last hour, hoping to see if anything can be done on that end...
And as I type this, the line cut out.
Any help much appreciated.
